De-escalation for Public Service Employees

This 5 – hour training block will give public employees
an overview of de-escalation and techniques for
defusing troublesome or potentially violent situations
within the workplace
Presentations will also include tips for nutritional
fi tness and defensive tactics. Refreshments will be
provided
